Nice modification. I just cut the front arm off and have been running it like that. I know that it's not perfect but I didn't feel like dropping $3-400 on an aftermarket and I wasn't smart enough...

Same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. Fastest and easiest way is to just spend the $65 for a new MFS at autozone and do the quick swap and be done with it.
