Just had my plow re- wired. Reputable garage and looks clean and tidy, but reverse lights keep blowing bulbs not fuses. Could it be this " sensor?" How do I check?

Hard top latch

I can not locate replacement latches for the front of my 1998 TJ hardtop. The latch's "lip" snapped off. I have tried the usual on line sites. ( quad, JCW, Morris, eBay, Craig's list). Any thoughts?
