There's a seal on the front of the timing chain cover. The manual says I need a special tool (j-22248) to align...

Door latch stuck in CLOSED position.

Anyone know the trick to getting a stuck latch to open up? I tried prying etc... hit it with some penetrating oil... it won't budge. It's the part that wraps around the striker post on the door...
