Did you do the test that jeeprich recommended? I am thinking the fuel pump should kick on prior the the other sensors being relavant. Your issue is in the relay or further up the electrical stream.

Are you still running rubber lines? Those have been known to bulge and reduce the pressure in the caliper. Maybe upgrading to braided stainless lines would fix your issue.
