If the clutch is out, it would likely be the pilot bearing. However, does the noise only appear in neutral with the clutch out? If so, that is very normal for the TJ transmissions.

I haven't seen aftermarket ones, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Mine was 151.38 from the dealer a couple years ago, but it's a 2004; not sure how much different yours would be.
