That's not the PCM, that's where all your fuses are. Don't be afraid to open it, you won't break anything I promise! Take a look, that wire will run through one of those 20 amp fuses. Just a safety...

gotcha, this all makes more sense now. Thanks for the responses, I'll keep an eye on it. Drove it today, had no issues yet. I'll look at the fan clutch and see what I can find.

35's won't be legally covered I think. I have 33 x 12.5 with 3.75 back spacing. It didn't pass in my state for coverage laws. Also, even with 30's the jeep gets covered in dirt from normal driving....
