You can also get to the Coke Ovens via the Gila River loop trail. See Az Guide to 4wd & Offroad Trails. I'm in San Tan Valley and there are lots of trails in that area.

I've taken my stock JKU to the Coke Ovens without much scraping. It can be done. The back way thru the Gila River is easier though.

I got the JK new because here in AZ the resale...

I got the JK new because here in AZ the resale value is so high there wasn't enough savings for me to justify buying used...and that's a good thing! :iamhappy:
