Slow down. That's the only magic I can tell you. Adding some weight in the rear of the jeep will help but it's not a huge difference.

I think you are talking about the windshield bracket. Part numbers from my soft top are 380.96 and 380.97. That is for an 05. Go to bestop.com. And see if you can find it. If not give them a call....

Crawling around under the jeep yesterday I noticed a lot of play in the rear stabilizer bar. Is this normal? Should it move at all?

Probably a bad question but I don't have anything to compare it...

How big of a job is that? I am by no definition a mechanic but it looks pretty easy to take off the starter but I don't know how involved it would be taking the starter apart??
