Here in the USA, it's often easier to start with a used & titled trailer, then customize it from there. It makes titling & tagging a lot easier.

A 48" bar jack won't fit strapped to the B pillar, but if you've used one, you know they get hairy over 2' anyway.
I cut 3" off the top of mine, and now it fits great strapped to the B pilllar.

I used a piece from the hatch of a XJ cherokee, it's a half ball with a T handle screw and mounting bolt, then attached that to a piece of flat stock running between the two seat belt mounting bolts.

That's an $80 junkyard axle 4.10/limited slip, $355 for the artec truss, all new brake calipers rotors & pads from rockauto, you need a 1310 yoke for the 8.8s pinion...
