And all of this other leaking BS is a part of the blowby. Which I still have no idea on why it does have this much blowby.

I have the breather open and it does have a working PCV hooked up to the intake.

After over a month of almost non stop work I got this beaten to death Wrangler to run and drive fairly well.


I can get upto about 75 MPH, keeps cool, does not stall, idles smooth as any normal...

Where can I find the strainer that goes in the tank for a 88 6'er?

I know, I can leave it off but I am affraid if something gets in the tank it will clog the line...

I blame the POS carb too. . . Since I am not the owner, and the owner is broke. It will have to live like this. It runs like a champ when warmed up though, which is a plus.

Yeah, the stock D35 is not really bullet proof. Since I pulled off half of the teeth off my spiders with a stock 4.2 and 33's.

I tried it with the choke all the way open and partially closed. . . . Also, it starts like crap when it is warm. It will start right away after you turn it off. But, if it sits lets say 15 minutes...

I been working on the 88 for a bit now and I got it to run like a champ when warmed up.

Doesn't over heat, runs perfectly fine after it is fully warmed up. No miss no nothing.

But, it is kind...
