Have you checked Carfax to see if anything bizarre shows up? Even if the lockers and sway bar were modified, it seems that the OEM switches would probably still be there rather than plugging those...

I believe the lower switches in the photo are aftermarket...looks kinda like the Daystar switch panel. The switches you should have are the ones on the top in the photo...the ones marked Sway Bar...

Personally, I like the tpms feature. There's absolutely no need to replace the entire unit unless they are malfunctioning. Just replace the stems for about 5 bucks each.
