There is a rubber sleeve over the shifter arm just cut it off. I had the same problem.

To run 33 2.5 SL and 1.25 BL/1 MML. With the small SL you dont need to spend the extra ammount on SYE and rear drive shaft as with 4 inch lift.

With a three inch lift i would highline the front with arched fenders from metal cloak. Comp cut the back, to run 40+ inch tires as wide as i could find them. Dana 60 front and rear portal axles.
