Even though it is 2 row I have never had any heating problems, just a hint of dried green residue around the crimp so it is only a matter of time, it has gone 75,000 mils though.

Well mine is not exactly like that, hot from ign to charge but a second relay picked manually to use to start from house batts. 200 amp would be more than enough, and if you hook a winch to it...

You could always pickup your 500 amp relay with a hot with the key on wire so that it charges when running and goes open when key is off, 500 amp is way to big.

And if you have an auto then you remove the block off plate for the clutch master cyl (that your auto would not have) and you have a 1" hole for running a lot of wires.
