Thanks everyone finally got the DS out and the rubber boot does not come off with the DS, it stays attached to the damper wheel and transfer case.

I have an 06 X with a 4" suspension lift. I just bought 4 new 33x10.5x15 BF GOODRICH A/T to replace 33x12.5x15. There is alot of vibrations around 20-30 miles per hour that I did not have before...
