This is the one I bought off eBay and it works perfectly. You will need to shim the rear bolts that go into the top of the frame about 1/8", otherwise it fits like a glive

When I built my 4.0, I installed a block heater. The one I used replaces the forward block freeze plug. Woke up to 19* this morning, and a ready to throw heat Jeep. Can't beat it for the $30 I spent.

Aside from the lube spec issue, I have the B&M short throw on my NV3550, there was no "adjustment" that I can remember.....strictly a bolt on replacement for the factory shifter.
