Front plates are dumb in my opinion. My buddy has a spring mounted plate that he has over the front of the winch. Guess he just pulls the plate down when he uses the winch. Not sure if it works well...

I'm running the rk 2.5 max and at the time rk said 1" bump stops is what I needed. Now they say 2" but I'm still running the 1" and have had no problems at all.

This for sure! I can't say it enough, my 2.5 max travel has been perfect! And yes, on my 2 door I definitely cleared 3" with a bunch of weight on mine. That being said, I can't wait to sell my setup...

This or you can buy the pry bars that the muffler guys use at harbor freight. You just have to wiggle and jiggle the hell out of it. You can also try using bearing grease.
