As to your question about new bolts, I believe its quadratec that has a kit for around 200 bucks that replaces every torx bolt with a standard hex bolt. Might be worth it if you're already taking...

If you decide to go 4bt the 3.73 gears with 33s produce the best fuel economy. When I do mine I plan on keeping my 4.10 and 35s. I'm still in the early planning stages of mine.

That's not completely true. There are 2 brands of the frameless tops (rampage and softopper I believe) and one of them works with round full doors and one of them works with the square uppers
