I've been contemplating just a little more height...

I've been contemplating just a little more height than the 2.5 tf coils without going overboard this could be a good option for me. But that is pretty low for what is an advertised 3.5" coil :/

Throw a jack under the other side of the axle if your by yourself, Jack it up a little and the side your working on will drop plenty low enough to slide springs in and out. Thats what I did anyhow. ...

Nope you shouldent just keep an eye on it when your lowing the axle and make sure your exhaust is not hot. I've had my coils out twice (2.5" teraflex) I didn't even unbolt my trackbar last time.

IMHO go sleeves or truss don't really need both. As far as knuckles go that's up to you. Haven't heard of many issues with stock knuckles and 35s. RCVs are sweet but really pricey you can get...
