It's been a while since I moved mine but I think I used a set of visegrips and put a prybar underneath to put pressure on the bolt while turning the bushing.

I don't know if just that panel can be removed or not but pulling the rest to get to it is very easy to do anyway. Not sure if there is factory wiring there or not but it's quite possible. If not...

I'm not familiar with Jeep seals but some seals don't have a flange on them and can be installed backwards. The sharp edge of the seal with the spring should be towards the inside of the axle.

Same kit as mine, I didn't use exhaust spacers I think they were mainly for the 2012's, no problems with it, I'm still using the factory stabilizer, I did eventually upgrade to front and rear monster...

Mine doesn't have any nuts on those either, I keep meaning and forgetting to put some on, but I haven't heard any strange noises from there yet.

I believe they are an M6 nut.

Probably either a bad switch or the relay might be sticking on, maybe try flicking it a few time off/on and see if it stays on when it's supposed to be off, or just put another switch and relay in.

I would have to say it's the clock spring. You can find them on Rock Auto (CSP161 ) for a reasonable price (about $200.00) and it takes about an hour to change.

Just installed the identical one and brackets yesterday, fit was good, brackets don't tuck in right to the body at the top of the windshield but it's just the way they are designed, they do sit nice...

Your Jeep dealer can do it for you, but they will probably charge you an hour for labor $100.00-$120.00 (here anyway). Or you can buy the superchips FlashCal for $150.00 and use it for a lot more...
