I run 285/70/17s on the stock alloy wheel with no modifications.....and no rubbing. No regrets either. I run the BFG RuggedTerrain and find it to be an excellent mild AT for the way I use my Jeep....

I'm all about those "$55ish" RS5000s. Good shocks at a good price. I need to upgrade mine soon (2013 w/38K) as I just put larger/heavier tires on and the worn OEM shocks aren't up to the task.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I don't think it looks ugly, but I do think it looks unfinished, like it's waiting on bigger tires. IMO, a 4" lift with 33s" is getting all the bad issues...

I would be very concerned with the application process, which requires you to buff it off to get the hazy film off. I'm not about to buff or rub anything that hard on a soft-top window.
