Believe it or not...the distributor held the...

Believe it or not...the distributor held the motor up on the passenger side. Extracted the bolts from the block and attached the motor mount. Got very lucky!!

Got back in the jeep after work and notice the shifter seemed to be tilted too. Popped the hood and sure enough the passenger motor mount bolts sheered off. Parked it...

I thought the same thing and pulled the plastic...

I thought the same thing and pulled the plastic cover for the rear fender well and did get a lot of mud out, but wasn't able to access the back of that anchor bolt. I was able to torque it down...

If it's just making the hissing sound, should I replace the booster and master cylinder? Or just the booster? It's not leaking fluid and the brakes work fine.

Had my slave go bad last June...went bad again three weeks ago. Part was bad, and from a reputable part dealer. So far so good for this one.

If you're not able to bleed it any better...
Check for fluid leaking down the firewall...if so, it's your master cylinder.
If not, a bad slave cylinder could be your culprit.
I just did mine...

Just replaced salve and master and now my cap is gone...doesn't make sense to me.

Local parts houses don't have them and I don't want to buy the whole MC just for the cap.
