Two things could be your problem. 1....

Two things could be your problem.

1. Check that white plastic isolator.

2. Make sure your antenna mount is grounded to your vehicle body, my guess is that it is NOT!

This is my wife's Jeep. She has Mickey Thompson's (15x8) with 3.75 BS and it's just perfect. BTW, that's what the lift manufacturer recommended.
