I have an earlier model rear jcr bumper and carrier. What you can't see is that the interior of the bumper is a taco shell that holds mud, which is slightly annoying. I'm happy with the USA quality...

Without a regear, the 33s will make it feel significantly more sluggish. You don't need a lift (or tire carrier, sye and/or MML, TC drop etc.) to run 31" tires.
