It depends on what you define as "everything". It had everything NECESSARY to do the lift. There are always more components that you CAN add, but it has everything you really NEED to get it lifted.

The side rails serve the same function as rock sliders but for the top of the tub. I've seen them come in handy once. I was rock crawling with a buddy of mine that had them in a canyon a year or so...

I think it did. I am on a business trip or I would check. If you are talking about a relay wiring harness then I assume you are talking about the center wire, the 87a, then that wire is only needed...

Yeah, I stripped a couple of my torch bolts too... Still haven't extracted them. I just mounted the brackets with the bolts I could get out. I mounted my relay inside the engine compartment above...

The rubicon springs are the same height as the se springs, they just have a stiffer spring rate. So if your jeep weighs approximately the same as the rubicon they come off you won't see any height...
