Zone 4.25 lift, metalcloak track bar, 33 duratracs on 15x8 soft 8s mounted and balanced came out to right at 2k. Track bar isn't necessary but i felt more comfortable with a new one than drilling...

Yes 35 rear. General consensus is that you're already on thin ice running 35s on a d35 and a locker will only make things more prone to breaking. Imo replace that axle asap then regear and lock

If your front ball joint is shot then you'll probably need a whole new bar, I don't believe it's replaceable. The bushings are but if you go with poly I would recommend adding a zerk to each end...

Agreed, I'm surprised it's as cheap as it is. The bar is THICK, and as long as it doesn't contact anything it should last the life of the Jeep.
