I just don't leave sellers much time to fix a problem. If I receive something and I don't like it, they get one email to correct it or I file a claim. Never been burned because of that. Ebay is...

I like seeing classic offroaders and trucks there - CJs, Broncos, Land Cruisers, etc - but unless it's on portals with a diesel swap or something bringing a TJ or JK seems silly. That's just like a...

I've been happy with mine, although I don't think you need a 4' antenna, I've got a 3' and will probably switch to a 2' if I ever lift my LJ so it'll still fit in the garage.

I'd love for GMC to resurrect the Jimmy using the HX as a starting point. Jeep needs a little competition for the Wrangler, with the demise of the FJ and lack of investment in the Xterra, at this...

I'd look at Cherokees instead. I wanted a Wrangler in high school but even YJs were out of my budget then (2000-2001), so instead I got a pretty clean XJ. Kept it through college till I got a "real"...

The one thing I still really use the RB1 nav for is when I'm up in the mountains with no cell service. It is frustratingly out of date though, there are many streets it won't route on even though...

I'd say any running CJ or Wrangler that isn't totally eaten up with rust is easily worth more than that, so well done!

All 03-06 Rubis have a limited slip rear diff, in addition to the air lockers in both diffs. It does not require friction modifieer, because it is a gear-based limited slip rather than clutch-based...

Have they replaced the OD off switch? Haven't heard of this problem before but from reading these 3 posts, seems like the issue would either have to be the PCM or some sort of short in that switch...

Yes, only 05-06 had the manual, all 04s were automatic. All models have a D44 rear and only Rubis have a D44 front. Rubis have 4.10s and non-Rubis have 3.73s (I believe all LJs have rear disc brakes...
