Get some KM2..just had some installed and they are great! They look good, drive smooth, and have low road noise. Additionally, they are lighter than most tires by a few pounds. These are 35's

So rotate is out further? If I did that then the spot where 39 tooth is facing will be 8-9 oclock. I actually did that and it was making a loud noise so I stopped.
