It's mild steel, I welded it up, not too hopeful for the longterm results. Just couldn't get at it like I wanted to.

I didn't know they were adjustable, I have an automatic that when in park, the shifter almost makes contact with the dash. The column needs to be lowered.

I don't know why I keep hearing about how awful yj's ride because of leaf springs. My YJ rides nice, real nice, everything is stock. I like the ride more than my friends tj.

The washer will only allow the pitman arm to go further up the tapered shaft if the shaft runs out of threads, and I don't think that's the case.
