I did the interior over a long weekend a few years back using Herculiner, and used the Duplicolor on the grill about 4 years ago. Both are holding up well.
Need to use that Duplicor on the front...

Haven't seen that one before. Nice. I made mine out of a piece of 3/16" aluminum that was laying around, painted it, installed it. Love it! Have had it in there for a few years now. :cool: :)

My opinion...I wouldn't go through the headache of removing the entire grill. I just masked mine off and sprayed it with DuraColor (the rattle can liner from Wal-Mart, etc.). It's been holding up...
