You do not have to do the Drag link at the same time, and doing it at a different time doesn't really add a huge amount of extra work, so you would be ok with doing just the tie rod.

It's not so much that you lost the 1/2" it more of you just didn't gain that additional as compared to those guys that have the sport an sahara, this could really be said for any lift kit not just...

Sure can. Adding a 1/2" puck wont effect anything as long as the weight is on the Jeep. If you added it to a stock Jeep you would want to watch the sway bar links, shocks and brake lines very closely.

This is pretty close to on point. The other catch to it is that the rubicon sits a 1/2" taller than the sport and sahara to begin with so you don't see the same ride height gain.

The adjustable track bar is not needed for the leveling kit. It will off set the axles a little but that has not detrimental effect on the Jeep other than cosmetically.
