There is no need to upgrade the axle shafts in an 8.8 because they will run 35s fine.

$2200 was the cost...

I would not use a high-lift jack to lift my jeep unless it was a last resort needed off-road. They seem fairly dangerous.

My garage has rafters instead of trusses and so it only has 2x8 joists every 48". The span on these is about 23 feet.

I want to store my wife's hard top for her JKU with a ceiling mount lift...

When I installed mine I just put a ring terminal on the ground wire and used a self tapping screw to ground them to the body under the cowl.
