It's Monstaliner, diy bedliner kit. I did scuff up the paint with a course scotchbrite pad, then wiped the scuffing with acetone.

Thanks. Just two coats, I got the quart size portion, about $60. It was fairly easy but smelled horrible.

Yeah, both reports are after alignments...so I took possession in May 2013 and the first alignment was in July 2013 (first report), then after 6 months it was pulling badly and aligned a second time...
