Unless you want a campground, you can camp right at the geode beds. Use an existing fire ring. There are many to choose from. You may be the only ones there.

Been collecting rocks, fossils, old bottles and whatever we dig up from the job sites for many years. Work in soils engineering. Lately, been enjoying the Hauser Geode Beds and my rock saw.

If you have a GPS for your Jeep, the Bradshaw Trail and some of the side trips are on there. Easy to not get lost with those.

Any Jeep will do. Devils Hole is an offshoot trail. You go down to the creek, turn around and come back to 3N34. A little rough at the bottom. Most trails can be done in 2wd.

Lots of tank tracks remain after all these years all around the Bradswaw Trail.
I found an old camp from the war. They had rows and rows of tents set up and a big tent at the front.
