Yeah, I'd dip the 20's and wait until you need new rubber and go with 17" wheels and tires. The difference in tires from 20's to 17's will likely pay for the wheels.

Wheel is 18". Usually tire covers are measured by tire size. The stock Sahara tire is 255/75R18. If they're listed by inches, you'll want about a 32" (prefered) or 33" tire cover.
