Alright guys.... The PO had coated the fenders with some unknown black textured junk. I am sure it looked great back in 97 but I need something fresh to put on them... I dig the black textured look...

I agree... The spots I wanted to touch up are literally smaller than the diameter of a dime. I wonder if I could just dab some liner in those spots?

Thanks for all the info brother! I spilled fuel on the fender and it never effected the coating... This is why I think bedliner but I am not sure.
