I have 32 inch Cooper Discoverer STTs and they have a pretty aggressive tread. I agree with Joker and 0III0, 31's and 6 inches of lift would be hard to look at and handle. IMO I'd go with an 8.8...

I'm in the middle of a frame swap at the moment for the same reason... rust. One of the biggest issues that I have ran into was actually removing anything that attached to the frame, because of rust....

I think they are called body mount bushings\washers. Here's a full body mount kit. hope this helps.

Ryan, I used KBS Coatings Frame Rust Prevention Kit. The kit comes with everything you need, it's affordable and was easy to apply. I think it will do the trick, but only time will tell.
