2013 Dash lights go crazy

This is the second time this has happened to me when just driving on the highway. The first time the dash lights would all light up, get a "ding" sound and I would see the speedo and tach drop down...

Not at all, however you need to leave the fender...

Not at all, however you need to leave the fender frame intact underneath. You'll see what I did in my fender to keep it sturdy. Highway speeds of 80+ and no issues at all

I regeared from 4.10 to 5.13 when I added the 37s...

I regeared from 4.10 to 5.13 when I added the 37s and I'm getting about 16mpg with highway/offroad use

On your rear bumper, do you have any tow points? I see you remove the 2 factory tow hooks from the frame, just not sure if it leaves you anywhere to tow if needed.
