Spray some pb blaster around the edge where the hub assembly meets the knuckle. Take a flat head screwdriver or chisel and stick it in there. Lightly hammer away around the edge of the hub assembly....

Tighten the sway bar link especially the lower bolt. Take a look at your first pic do you see the gap between the bracket and bolt? That is where your clunking is coming from

Im surprised nobody mentioned rear sway bar links. A common clanking sound is from either loose sway bar links or worn bushings on sway bar links.

Your toe has been adjusted fine but your caster is a little low. If your jeep drives fine leave it. If it is a bit flighty add some adjustable lower arms or drop brackets
