Well, the leaking fluid is definably gear oil (distinct smell). Also, the drips fall into the belly pan, then drip out from there, so it's not the bell housing.

I'll try to get some pictures over...

I agree with the others, that doesn't look too bad. POR-15 is what I used, and it is great, but pricey. What are you going to do about the belly pan insert?

I had the same stuck/stripped windshield bolts...
