Take one of the factory bolts that is holding your bumper on and get grade 8 bolts that are 1 inch longer. Local hardware store or big box home improvement store (Lowes, Home Depot) should have them.

52530 is the model that goes with the drill-in...

52530 is the model that goes with the drill-in header. From the pics it's hard to tell if you have the right top or not. To install it you have to start the plastic ridge on the safari top at one end...

I think you may have to swap out the wiring...

I think you may have to swap out the wiring harness for the rear wiper/third brake light. Pretty sure 97-02 has a different wiring harness than 03-06. Otherwise it should fit just fine.

You may want to consider just adding a 1" to 1.25" body lift to your current set-up. That is an inexpensive solution that would give you the extra clearance you want, enough to move up to a 33" inch...
