For a plain vanilla tank that's not expensive, the Aspire BDC can't be beat. I've been vaping for over 3 years and it is by far the best I have found. Kanger stuff is garbage.

I had similar issues. Instead of cheaping out, I just bought some metal cloak adjustable lower arms. Problem fixed and confirmed with a professional alignment.

There is always a cheep/easy way...
