I have 315 75 16s on the same wheels with a 4.5 lift. Only rubs when flexing in the back.

You don't have to regear. What gears are you running now? What rear axle do you have? Assuming you have factory gears, you should regear. It will drive much better on and off road.

I have 4.0, 5 speed, 35's and 4.56 gearing. I am very happy with the combo, in Utah you have to be able to hit 80 mph or you are in the way.

I have had a few sets and liked them all. They have a new A/T2, I would get those. That way if you need to replace one you will have the same tread. They also look cooler!

Wait until Jan or pay to have it done. Dismounting and mounting with out the proper tools is a PITA. You could also damage the bead of a tire, which is a whole other problem.
