15, 16, 17...Ugh!

First, I totally get that 15" is a LOT cheaper. As long as you get aluminum rims (many steel have shape irregularities that can cause problems rubbing you calipers) they SHOULD fit (NOT guaranteed)....

Who's the best?

I think that it's already established that the "answer" is very subjective! I am really not aware of any definitive head to head test. So, what you do need to do is chose a company with a strong...

Since you asked...

Let's first deal with the 35" vs. 37". If you're ALREADY thinking 37", then SKIP 35"!!! That's a LOT of money in tires!!! Build for 37" and get them.

Now, let's deal with your other questions.

Tire Sizes

A 315/75R16 has a measurement of 34.6". However, that measurement is prior to air and load. Also, like many others, I'm only running 30 psi (some run even less air pressure). So, the tire is given a...

ACTUAL measurement...

I had to find the ACTUAL measurement for my AEV Procal. Per AEV instructions, the measurement taken at the front wheel, and under load (installed) (@ 30 psi) was 33.75".

Which lift...hmmm...

"Which lift?" is part of the "Great Debate". Yes, a 2.5" lift is a good all around lift that will easily accommodate 35" tires. As for getting a complete kit, that's the catch. There are many...

Gearing for tires...

This is one of the "Great Debates" here on Wrangler Forum! The really simple answer is not so simple. You definitely need to take numerous factors into consideration (some of which you have already...

So many questions...

Masonthedog: I'm somewhat confused. You said you want the lift for looks, but then you said that you don't care about how your wheels look:crazy: Your choice of lifts is pretty much endless depending...

Which lift???

First of all, like Jason, I'm not a big fan of body lifts. Also, geometry correction is very important. Unfortunately, a lot of folks will let it go with "Well, it's only off a little.", or "It's not...

I have a 2013 JKU and the install was not too bad. The issue with which I had to contend was fitment. The Warn factory drilled holes did not line up properly with those corresponding on my Jeep. It...
