This is a 2.5 aev lift with 34's on a 17 in rim. It's close to what you are asking for.
16's or 17's with the proper backspacing should both be fine.

You can reuse the valance. I guess it all comes down to personal preference, but I did keep mine on. The plate actually pushes the panel a little further back under the grill. I this this on its own...

So, do you put the sides of the tuffy under the sides of the hard top? Tuffy told me I had to put it over the lip of the hard top, but that seems like hardtop removal would be a pain.
