Sorry if I missed it but did you make sure the shoes are adjusted correctly? Mine were pretty lose and I didn't have enough cable travel till I adjusted them up at the brake rotor.

Mine gets about the same as I did with 4.0 and 5 speed manual. I guess it takes a certain amount of gas to push a brick through the air at 75 MPH. LOL
The difference is now it is way easier to do....

I am using an American Eagle radiator I got off of Ebay for $180 who knows if it will cool in really hot weather but its doing good so far on my 5.9 TJ.
