Autometer has a direct fit panel for the TJ, about $85, but gauges are separate.

Not cheap after 6 guages.

Without a regear, the 33s will make it feel significantly more sluggish. You don't need a lift (or tire carrier, sye and/or MML, TC drop etc.) to run 31" tires.

Without axles and gearing, I'd start off at least $4k under that ask. It's a nice looking Jeep but priced in Rubicon territory. If it has 44's and lockers then it's more reasonable to be up there.
