You won't need track bars. But you'll need a traction bar between a crossmember and the rear axle, to control spring wrap.

They are not 8" long for 1" of lift. You get 1" of lift for every 2" of added shackle length. So your 1" lift shackles should be 6" bolt to bolt.

I'd think the Wilwood 260-11179. But I've heard other people have good luck with a ZJ prop valve. They come with rear discs.

Yeah, it most likely is 27 spline. Most people wouldn't waste money on an upgrade kit for the 35, but its impossible to know unless you pull a shaft and count the splines.

I would recommend the 8.8 over a Dana 44 or Super 35 kit. Any money you spend on a Dana 35 is too much. And the only rear 44s that are the right width and bolt pattern are from some XJs and some TJs,...

That master cylinder pushes too much fluid for the calipers you have. People use those for 3/4 ton and 1 ton brakes, myself included. It won't do you much good most likely.

I didn't have to make...

Scrub radius is affected by how far out your tire sits from your ball joints. You make up for it with backpacking, to get the balljoint as close to center of the rim as possible.

Switching to...

If it's the 4.0, I think the Flo-Pro twister is the best sounding muffler I've ever heard on it. If it's the 2.5, keep what you have and don't waste money trying to get it to sound tougher.

I'm also running steel wheels, and 3/4 ton axles and around 8" of lift, so I have a lot of weight and drag. But the 4.10s move it quite well. Just cruising around at 55, I run 1700-1800rpm and have...

I've got 4.10s with 35s, with the 4.0 and ax15. I can get up to about 80 on the highway, and can hold 70 just fine. I'll be going to deeper gears sometime though, but for a DD, 4.10s are alright.

For great ride and quality, if you want to stick with 31's, I'd look hard at the 2" BDS lift. For a little more money, you can get the 2.5" Old Man Emu which supposedly rides even better.

I'd do a stinger of some sort. Like the Smittybilt stinger. Being angled forward and taller, it'll be less likely to bend back or let the animal come over top of it.

I'd get some 2" BDS springs, they're $100ish each. Then measure for shocks and go get some cheaper Monroe's at the parts store. You shouldn't need any driveline changes, it'll ride better than stock,...

In my area, you can find rear 60s for $100-200 all day. I picked up a 44 and 60 from a 78 F250 for $300, and my buddy just bought a pair for $400.

I guess it all depends on the area.

Don't do a SYE and CV shaft until you've figured out what you want to do. If you change your setup after the SYE, you'll change up the angles.

What I'd do is keep your springs, add some 1/2"-1"...

Yeah, a posi-lock is a cable you pull to engage the axle disconnect. Since you have the one piece axle, you won't be able to do it.

If you drive the jeep on snowy roads in 4wd, I'd avoid the lunchbox. That being said, I don't winter drive mine, and I absolutely love my Aussie locker. It's one of the best improvements you could do.

I had the Flo-pro twister on mine and absolutely loved it. It burns out quick though, then it just sounds like a quieter straight pipe. Which sounds good IMO.
