It is different. The only piece that's separate is the seal. It looks the the entire glass and all of the moldings come as one piece from Mopar.

The stock thermostat opens at 203 degrees. Unless you're running extreme conditions, I think 222 is on the high side for highway running. I would have it checked.

I agree. Plus BLD is always "on" like pkai already mentioned. And, above approx. 35-40 mph the system defaults to "partial" off. It's really an individual decision when to hit the switch or not...

X2. There are plenty of good used 4 dr. JK's with 4wd. Beginning in 2011, all Wranglers have 4wd. 2010 was the last year for 2wd.

It sounds like the clock spring might have to be replaced. The part will be at least 170, maybe more if it's from the dealer, plus labor. They'll have to diagnose it and give you a price.
