Need radiator help

I had a leaking petcock on my radiator, went to change it out and the retainer piece pushed into the rad. Any ideas to get it out ?

Im going to be installing a Savvy 1.25" bl and a Brown Dog 1" mml this weekend.

Looking for any hints, tips and helpful advice to get me thru the install.

Do you have adjustable upper control arms ? If yes, then I wouldnt worry about the brackets, you can adjust the pinion angle with the arms.
