You need to get the stone(s) analyzed. Don't bother with a chemical analysis, you need to have them analyzed in a specialized lab that will do a spectrum analysis....

Only about 28K miles. Like I said the rear still had material on the pads so I didn't have to replace them, but I wanted to do it anyway.

I had '08 Rubicon wheels. Maybe the caps on them were different that what you have? I also got the cheesy yellow sticker caps with the AEV wheels and didn’t want to use them either.

I have Riddlers and installed them when my suspension was stock. I would get slight rubbing at extreme flexing, but since they are so thick I just ground down the area little and the rubbing stopped....
